Located at College and 4th Streets NW, College Hall North is a 7-story, 138,000 SF, 484-bed student residence hall designed primarily for underclassmen and first-year students. Also located at Bryant and 4th Streets NW, College Hall South is a 6-story, 250,000 SF, 878-bed residence hall built primarily for underclassmen and first-year students. 

Construction of these two dormitories, completed in 2019, includes a striking facility design and sophisticated features and was part of Howard’s master plan to enhance the student experience and strengthen students’ sense of community. The dormitories provide a forward-looking array of features and facilities, including a state-of-the-art computer lab, game room and fitness center.
