Pipe Repair Update

This is an official update regarding College Hall North's Water Pipe Repair.

After speaking with the Campus Apartment engineer and the vendor, WL Gary, it was determined, as a precaution, that the pipes will need more time to cure due to CHN being on the steam line. The scheduled time the vendor will be at CHN to turn the water on and check for leaks is Sunday morning. We have notified all residents of the new estimated time frame of Sunday morning for the repair to be completed and the water to be turned back on.

While these repairs are underway, we are making rooms available in  College Hall South, and the Quad for personal hygiene use. These units will be Bioesqued and sanitized as part of our COVID19 protocols.

We are offering cooling stations in the lobbies of several facilities on campus and a limited number of fans. Cases of water were provided to each room for hygiene use.

Notification  of repair  updates are being provided to all residents in CHN.

Though this was an unexpected incident, we understand the inconvenience and are working  diligently  to handle this urgent repair as quickly and safely as possible.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

If you have further questions , please reach out to  Ms. Akimmie Parker, Building Manager at 888-600-4660 ext. 331007.

Respectfully,
Ms. Akimmie Parker
