Submit Your Mandatory Health Requirements

Directions for submitting health documents:

The Student Health Portal is accessed using the following steps OR copy and paste the link into the browser:

1. Go to https://howard.studenthealthportal.com/ 

2. Enter your Howard Student Bison email. Example: John.Smith@Howard.bison.edu

3. Enter your Howard Student Bison email password

4. Once logged in to the Student Health Portal, click Forms to complete all forms and upload supporting documentation.

Registration Deadlines

Please note the deadlines for registration are July 1, 2023  for fall semester and December 1, 2023 for spring semester.  You must use your Howard University Student ID number and Bison email to submit documents.
