Reserve Space in Blackburn

The Office of Central Scheduling plans and coordinates the scheduling of all events that take place in the Blackburn Center. These include all major University events, meetings, conferences, and public functions. We also schedule Locke and Douglass Hall for events that take place during the evenings and weekends.

We pride ourselves on being available to assist at varying levels, from providing advice and expertise on event planning to coordination, management, and liability insurance.

The Office of Central Scheduling is located in the Blackburn University Center Suite 134. Our staff is more than willing to assist you with the planning of your events!
