The Office of Student Conduct and Community Standards (OSC) resolves all Howard University incidents of student misconduct, on-campus and off-campus.
The Office is designed to help improve the decision-making skills of undergraduate and graduate students during their matriculation at Howard University.
Our mission is to advance student achievement and student success by challenging students to:
